Citizens Advice Direct is a provider of advice and information
to the citizens of Scotland. We work in partnership with a
network of national organisations, meaning we can provide advice
quickly and easily on a wide range of issues such as debt,
employment, welfare and consumer advice.
As well as offering traditional telephone based advice, we now
offer advice via our website. SMS text messaging and
instant online chat will also be available in early 2011. So
you can call us until 8pm on weekdays, at weekends or gain
advice online 24/7.
