What We Do
We provide advice!
Although we also provide
outsourced telephone advice services and volunteering
opportunities, our primary focus is on providing independent,
accurate advice to the citizens of Scotland.
We use a range of resources in order to provide accurate
information and advice to clients' queries as quickly as we can. No
matter how complex a problem or query is, we are trained to
investigate what the key issues are and advise on the best course
of action. If we can't provide the advice ourselves, we will
quickly refer the client to the relevant advice agency.
All details are recorded at initial point of contact so that if
further phone calls are required, the client won't need to repeat
the details of the enquiry.
