After ‘diagnosing’ the issues, the adviser gives the client information from our up-to-date on-line information system, AdviserNet. The adviser may also call the client back with further information, send information or refer them on to another agency.
This triaging system enables the advisers to give quick and appropriate responses to clients no matter what the problem is. We help more than 90% of people who call with information and advice over the phone.
