Macmillan Cancer Relief – This was a six week project providing a benefits helpline during Macmillans ‘Cost of Cancer’ campaign, offering benefit checks and assistance to those who needed it.

 

Scottish Power – Project to assist Scottish Power clients who were experiencing financial issues paying their utilities bill and would require financial counselling order to avoid disconnection of their energy supply.

 

Highland Council – The serviceprovided a homeless advice telephone line to people in the Highlands faced with homelessness and housing related issues.

 

Citizens Advice EnglandAs part of their Access Strategy Citizens Advice Direct provided an out of hours telephone, email and instant chat service and a tax credit helpline.
