Macmillan Cancer Relief – This was a six week project providing a benefits helpline during Macmillans ‘Cost of Cancer’ campaign, offering benefit checks and assistance to those who needed it.
Scottish Power – Project to assist Scottish Power clients who were experiencing financial issues paying their utilities bill and would require financial counselling order to avoid disconnection of their energy supply.
Highland Council – The serviceprovided a homeless advice telephone line to people in the Highlands faced with homelessness and housing related issues.
Citizens Advice England – As part of their Access Strategy Citizens Advice Direct provided an out of hours telephone, email and instant chat service and a tax credit helpline.
