Citizens Advice Direct is an exciting, new project delivering Citizens Advice services through telephone-based information and advice.
We are always looking for enthusiastic people to join our team. We value our volunteer advisers and understand that they are the key to the delivery of this new information and advice service in the city centre.
Are you?
- Seeking opportunities to gain valuable training and workplace experience
- Interested in helping people deal with a range of issues
- Willing to commit a minimum of 6 hours a week (between hours of 9am & 8pm) to work as a volunteer adviser
- Over age of 18
