We offer telephone and email advice to anyone who contacts us. Using up-to-date information from the AdviserNet information system, our trained advisers are able to provide callers with reliable information in a matter of minutes.
Citizens Advice Direct complements the work of traditional bureaux. We provide an alternative access-point, to encourage people to access advice sooner rather than leaving it and their problem get worse.
Quality of advice is very important to us. We monitor the accuracy of all our calls and Citizens Advice Scotland regularly audits us on the quality of advice we give.
